A second drama CD, titled Hikigaya Komachi no Keiryaku (比企谷小町の計略, subtitled with "His sister's tactics"), was sold together with the first one at Marvelous AQL's booth at Comiket 83, held on December 29, 30, and 31, 2012.
It was transcribed into text in Volume 7.5.
It takes place after the Volume 3 Drama CD. It continues the story and concludes Yui's birthday party.
