Family
Saki's description about marriage
Both of her parents are employed and not named. She still had younger siblings who are not mentioned in the Light novel. It is mentioned that she shows great care for her siblings, which is shown most often in the series.
Keika Kawasaki

In Episode 10 of Season 2 (adapted from Volume 9 of light novel) , Her little sister, Kawasaki Keika was introduced, It was shown that her sister was also participating in the Christmas collaboration event and Saki was dressing her up with a warm and generous smile of a mother. Saki calls her Kei-chan. Keika is shown to be happy, positive child who once spends her time playing with Hachiman, till Saki came to pick her up.

Saki was also taking pictures of her sister's performance in the Christmas event. In the light novel their relationship was provided greater space than in the anime. In anime Keika was shown for few minutes with no dialogues. Saki still goes to pick her up after school. Keika affectionately address her as Saa-chan and Hachiman as Haa-chan.

She made an appearance again in Episode 12 where she learns to make home made cookies along with her sister in the pre-Valentines Day collaboration event of Sobu High and Kaihin sougou High. In the anime version, her only reply is "eel" (unagi), when Saki asks her what she wants to eat (which is her favourite food, and they had eaten it for dinner recently).
In Volume 11, it was revealed that Keika was acquainted with Yui and Yukino at times during the Christmas collaboration event of their school. While during the pre-Valentines Day event she became acquainted with Yoshiteru and Saika.
Taishi Kawasaki
Taishi Kawasaki is one of Saki's younger brother. He is also a classmate of Komachi Hikigaya, Hachiman's sister. The siblings seems to show concern for each other. Each person goes to an extreme extent for the well being of the other. He is the one who requested the Service Club to find out about his sister's nightly activities while Saki cares deeply for her brother as well, as she hid her name and age to work in night-shift part-time jobs in order to pay school fees and reduce her family's load.
Soubu High School
It was mentioned that Saki is a friendless and loner of Class 2f. However she developed some colleague relationships in times. Saika hasn’t seen Saki being friendly with anyone.
Hina Ebina
Hina seems to be fond of Saki. Saki is the first girl Hina befriended outside of her clique. Hina fondly calls her "saksaki" much to Saki's annoyance. Hina always prefers Saki for costume making for various events such as the class play for the cultural festival & the athletic festival. Hina happily dragged Saki to her group during field trip. They are on good terms. Saki even listed Hina to Hachiman, as one of the suitable candidates for student council president.
Service Club
After her brother asked for help from the Service Club, the Service Club found her motives behind working night shifts and suggested her a suitable remedy. To which Saki seems to be grateful and acknowledged their worth.
Saki also contributed her idea in helping Hachiman to save the service club. And later visited the club as a customer with a request to help her sister make simple valentine chocolate.
Yui Yuigahama
Both of them are class mates. Saki sits in the seat in front of Yui.[8] Initially, Yui describes Saki as a little scary. They've talked but not much and didn't address her as friend. Off screen, they’ve talked a little according to Yui.[5] On screen in the anime, they have not even talked about each other much.[5][1] In the beginning, Yui and Saki were just acquaintances. They remembered who each other were with little prompting. Also Yui thought answering the question of if they were friends difficult.[5] Saki might think Yui is an idiot who spends money to play around by implication, as a result of Yui's behavior at "Angel Ladder".[2]
In Episode 13 ( adaptation of Volume 6.5), Saki was shown to tie the red ribbon on Yui's General attire for the cavalry battle in the sports festival. It was mentioned in Volume 11, that Yui addressed Saki by her first name, indicating that their relationship deepens to a greater extent after the field trip.
Yukino Yukinoshita
Yukino and Saki have great number of similarities; both act aggressive and unapproachable. Saki and Yukino are both 2nd year high school students at Sobu High School. If Yukinoshita Yukino was frigid, Kawasaki Saki was just cold. They're both friendless. But their reasons for being friendless differ as Sakis reason for being a loner is poor vocabulary and social skills, so she can't express herself properly. While Yukino's reason is her outstanding existence, grades, looks, and haughty demeanor.
The only thing both of them share is their words of insults to Hachiman in Angel ladder visit, Saki insulted Hachiman by implying he's unappealing and inquired if Yukino is going out with "It" (Hachiman). Yukino insulted Hachiman, while claiming that Saki is not funny, Hachiman interrupts and tells them not to insult others (himself) in their spat.
Saki feels Yukino can't understand her, because she thinks Yukino is spoiled and/or rich. However after the request, Saki wanted to thank Yukino through Hachiman, as she doesn't know how to approach Yukino, even though she knows her as a good person.
SAki's request to the club
In Episode 12 of season 2 (adaptation of volume 11), Saki summoned up courage to ask help for the first time in the series and that also to the service club. She asked if Yukino could help her teach Saki's little sister to make valentine simple chocolates which Yukino accepts after giving some thought. Yukino also described Saki's cooking of Rice Krispie Treat as cute in comparison to the similar sound of a cat in japanese.This is the first time they are shown to have normal conversation without any ill content like their former meeting.
Yukino is fond of cats, but Saki is allergic to them.[6 ]
Hachiman Hikigaya

The anime didn't focus much on their interaction/relationship, but the light novel does. Even though they are in the same class, Saki said that she didn't recognize him when they met at "Angel ladder". However, this is proved to be a lie, when she retaliated with the words Hachiman said in the morning in the class on the same day. Saki believes Hachiman takes life too lightly. This may be because his words "to work is to lose" and also by her glance at his future career report.
In the light novel, before the request, Saki often calls him an idiot and indifferent towards him.

But later she acknowledge him, as he exactly able to predict her motives for night shift works and provides suitable remedies to her problem. Her respect towards Hachiman grows after seeing the sibling relationship between the Hikigayas. Sometime after her request, her attitude softened towards Hachiman. She thanked him for helping her. Saki may be more open with him as she told him about her family affairs, despite her being a private person. Conversely, she still often glared at Hachiman when she was provoked even threatening to punch him.
In the light novel,It is revealed that they are also classmates in summer cram school. Hachiman also acknowledged Saki. He is also able to predict her reasons for her aggressive nature. Hachiman influenced Yui to recruit Saki as a costume designer for the class play, thus Ebina and Yui's eyes fell on the considerate loner, Saki improving her social relationship in the class. Saki also gave a concerned look to Hachiman along with Yui and Saika after hearing about the roof top incident.
In episode 2 of season 2 (adaptation of Volume 7) Saki was grouped with a portion of their class, including Hachiman, during the school field trip where she seems to get along with everyone. She even held on to Hachiman's blazer when she was scared in the haunted house.
She may have developed feelings for him which can be noted from her behavior later in series of light novels.She was either nervous or shy when ever crossing paths or talking to Hachiman. Saki would avert her eyes as soon as their eyes met indicating shyness and sometimes she was shown to blush.
In Episode 5 of season 2 (adaptation of Volume 8) She acknowledged his leadership skills, this is shown in light novel, when Hachiman asked her opinion for the suitable candidates for student council president, she included Hachiman's name in the list that she dictated, despite knowing he won't get enough votes to win. In Episode 12 of season 2 (adaptation of Volume 11), Saki also gave a shocked and curious gaze towards Hachiman and Kaori, when Kaori asked Hachiman if she had given him any valentine chocolate in the past which hints at jealousy.
In the novel mostly there is a running gag of Hachiman failed to recollect Saki's family name in his mind but this is seems to be a jab as he call her last name clearly when addressing her. Hachiman more than once mentioned in his mind that Saki to be good looking. Once Hachiman tried to ask Saki about Keika but forgot her name. While trying to recollect Keika's name Hachiman accidently came up with Saa-chan causing Saki to blush and fluster as that happens to be her nick name given to her by her siblings (and family).
Others
Yumiko Miura
Saki and Yumikio seems to be loggerheads and don't get along well. Most often they seems to be ready for a verbal spat. The fact that Saki rebukes others quickly is the reason for Yumiko to be hostile towards her and excluded Saki from her friend circle. Since Yumiko befriends people who are cute. Yumiko doesn't like Saki's cold and revolting outward personality, while Saki views Yumiko as a show off, who takes life lightly. They have a cold exchange at every encounter, making nearby people uncomfortable.

But still they acknowledge each other. Saki listed Yumiko's name to Hachiman, as a suitable candidate for student council. In times of their request, Episode 12 of season 2 (adaptation of Volume 11) Yumiko also expressed her envy towards Saki's cooking ability, as Yumiko didn't have any confidence in cooking. Both Yumiko and Saki agreed to have their request to be fulfilled together as one (pre-Valentines Day event).
Komachi Hikigaya
Saki seems to have a good respect towards Komachi, as she quickly came to help the Hikigayas when called through Taishi for her suggestion regarding student council election issue and its impact on the service club. Also because Taishi gets along so well with Komachi.
